Availability & Orders

All prints are open edition and produced individually to order — nothing is pre-made or held in stock. Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified, so please review your size and finish selection carefully before completing checkout. You will receive an order confirmation immediately, followed by a dispatch notification and tracking reference when your print ships.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address. We do not run promotions or discount codes.

Print & Frame Quality

Each print is produced on 250–280gsm 100% cotton rag archival paper — lignin-free, pH-buffered, and rated for well over a century under normal conditions. We use a high-precision ten-channel Epson fine art printer with MicroPiezo TFP print heads and variable droplet technology down to 3 picolitres for precise tonal gradation.

Frames are solid wood — white, black, or natural — fitted with UV-protective, scratch-resistant acrylic glazing (.118 FF3 specification). Mats are 6-ply acid-free and archival; backing boards are acid-free. Every print arrives with dust cover, wall bumpers, and hanging hardware already affixed.

We do our best to represent colour and tonality accurately on screen, but your monitor's calibration will affect what you see. Final prints are accurate to the source material.

Shipping

Framed prints are packed in a reinforced outer box with a custom-fitted interior form — designed for the frame, not adapted from a generic carton. We ship via FedEx.

US domestic orders ship free. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and size. Allow 3–5 business days from order submission for production and dispatch.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with your order number. For damage claims, photographs of the packaging and the piece are required. We will arrange a replacement or credit note at our discretion.

Returns

Because every print is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We will, however, always make it right if something arrives wrong or damaged. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
